HOW TO REVIVE YOUR WEAVES
• Before install, shampoo and condition your hair using sulfate-free and paraben-free products, then hang to dry.
Once dry, seal the wefts or knots to prevent shedding.
• Co-wash your hair weekly to keep your hair shiny, moisturized and low-frizz. Deep condition the hair 1-2x per month.
• Do not brush. Instead, comb using a wide-tooth comb or your fingers. Start combing at the tips and work towards the roots. Use heat protectant when heat styling.
• To prevent tangling, dryness and breakage, wrap your hair at night in a satin or silk scarf and avoid swimming in sea water.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world, including A.P.O. & P.O. Boxes! We offer same day shipping on orders placed before 3:00pm EST Monday through Friday. Some orders may take up to 2 business days to ship from our store. Orders shipped outside of the USA are subject to additional Taxes & Duty Charges at Delivery.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. For customers outside of the Continental United States Shipping Zone, returns are then and only then extended to a 45-day period. Shop Beauty Depot only pays for return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) and at our discretion.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
