For Example if an order is placed Monday, 3AM EST, we will pack your item on Monday and ship it that same day by 4PM EST.

For Example if an order is placed Monday between 3:00PM - 8:00PM EST, we will pack your item Monday and ship it first thing in the morning Tuesday!

If you place an order before 2PM EST on Saturday it is possible for items to be shipped same day(not guaranteed). If you place an order and it falls after 2PM EST Saturday we will ship your item first thing in the morning on Monday.*Applicable to USPS shipping only; all UPS shipping will be shipped on Monday.

All orders over $65 with a shipping address with in the continental United States are eligible for free shipping. Shipping addresses outside the continental U.S.A. are not eligible for free shipping and customers will be able to choose from various shipping options with the most competitive rates.

For most cases, Shop Beauty Depot processes orders same business day if purchased before 3PM EST. However, there are rare instances where it may take up to 2 business days to process an order due to limitations on a specific product.

ALL EXPEDITED SHIPPING GUARANTEED TIME FRAMES ARE SUSPENDED BY USPS AND/OR UPS.

We ship most items via U. S. Priority Mail which is normally 2-3 business day service.  However, if your package is delayed we have no control over the United States Postal Service.  We do put delivery tracking and confirmation on your package at no extra charge to you to assist in locating your package should it be delayed.

You will get an e-mail notice when your package ships out with the ship date and your delivery tracking code off your shipping label so you may track your inbound package. It may take time for the information to post to the U S Postal Service website.
